What if there are no locations near my house?

Option 1: You can choose to have an appointment over the phone or virtual call.

Option 2: You can also click either the Find An Assister or Find A Broker buttons above to see if there are other helpers near you.  

 

The scheduling tool isn’t working, what do I do next?

If you are having any trouble, you can click Find An Assister or Find A Broker buttons above and can search by location, language, name, or organization to find local help near you.

 

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by following these steps below: 

Step 1:  Click “Get Covered” at the top of the page, then click “Log in to existing account”. 

Step 2: Click on the “Forgot Password?”link. 

Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your Pennie account and click “Continue”. 

Step 4:  Follow the directions in your email to access your account. Be sure that you know the answer to the security question you selected when you first created your account. You will be asked to provide this answer. 

NOTE: If you forgot the answer to your security question you will have to contact Pennie Customer Service for log in assistance to get back into your account at 844-844-8040.
